Most insurance plans have a co-pay which is due at the time of your visit. Refraction fees (an examination to correct your eyesight for your best possible vision) are generally not covered by insurance and are payable at the conclusion of your office visit. If you need to arrange a payment plan, please let us know in advance so we can discuss details.
ALL COPAYS AND NON -COVERED CHARGES ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF THE VISIT.

Danbury Eye Physicians contracts with insurance companies as a medical provider. We provide medical eyecare to our patients. If you have a vision rider or routine eye exam provision with your medical insurance you may qualify for routine eye exam coverage with our Doctors. Please be aware:
Danbury Eye Physicians does not participate with Vision Plans; i.e: VSP, Davis, Eye Care Plan of America, Spectera, Anthem Vision, EyeMed.
