Dr. Barzideh is a Board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in treating surgical and medical diseases of the retina and vitreous. Her special interests include treatment of dry and wet macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular diseases such as branch and central retinal vein and artery occlusions, retinal detachments, macular holes repair, and epiretinal membranes. Her other area of expertise is the treatment of uveitis. She employs the latest surgical techniques used in vitreo-retinal surgery - 23 gauge and 25 gauge vitrectomy.
