Optometrist & Contact Lens Specialist

Crystal Seaforth, O.D. specializes in optometry and contact lens fitting. She obtained her doctorate of optometry from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. She then successfully completed an Optometric Residency in Primary Eye Care & Refractive and Surgical Co-management in 2001. Dr. Seaforth has also been a certified American Board of Optometry Diplomate since 2014.

Prior to joining Connecticut Eye Consultants in 2018, Dr. Seaforth enjoyed 18 years of working in family practice settings and co-managing patient care with ophthalmologists. She has a special interest in ocular disease and is a sub-investigator on many research studies that investigate eye diseases here at Connecticut Eye Consultants.

Dr. Seaforth’s favorite part of her job is her interaction with the patients. She believes that it is a privilege to take care of their ocular needs. Dr. Seaforth said that her main goal when seeing a patient is to make them feel comfortable and to provide them with professional advice, exceptional service, and care.
