Optometrist

Connecticut Eye Consultants, P.C. is pleased to welcome optometrist Dr. Thao Nguyen, O.D. to our practice as of April 2022. She will serve patients in our Danbury office.

Dr. Nguyen (pronounced “Wen”) is a graduate of Portland State University in Oregon and the University of Houston College of Optometry in Texas. She performs comprehensive medical eye examinations for children and adults; fits hard and soft contact lenses; treats dry eye disease; and writes prescriptions for eyeglasses and contacts. She enjoys caring for her patients’ eyesight, and takes time to explain her findings and educate her patients.

Outside of work, Dr. Nguyen enjoys hiking, bicycling, watching movies, and exploring new cuisine with her brother. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
